What we collect

Our website has no forms, accounts, newsletter or payments. The only form on the site is the site search box, and search terms are not stored. If you email or phone us, we use what you send only to reply and keep a record of our correspondence.

Hosting and technical data

Our website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and may use strictly necessary security cookies. Cloudflare may process this data in the United States or elsewhere. Fonts are served from our own site; we do not load third-party fonts, analytics or advertising tools.

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Email

Emails to info@cccnlc.ca are received through Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc., United States), which forwards them to our mailbox; they may be processed in the United States or elsewhere. We keep correspondence for about 2 years after our last contact, unless we need it longer for a project or by law.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. CCC is associated with Canadian Adventure Charters Inc. and its related brands. We do not share website visitors' personal information with them. Emails to info@cccnlc.ca are read by Cory Burry and, where needed to answer you, by Canadian Adventure Charters Inc.'s executive team.

Your rights

We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting info@cccnlc.ca. We respond within 30 days. You can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca, 1-800-282-1376).

Visitors from the EU and UK: we process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interests in running a secure website, and correspondence to reply to you. You have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and you can complain to your data protection authority. US visitors: we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.

Our site is not directed to anyone under 19.
